Request deletion of BibleMind data

For BibleMind app users

You can request deletion of personal data associated with your use of BibleMind.

How to request deletion

1. Email office@biblemind.eu with the subject “BibleMind data deletion request”.
2. Include enough information to help us identify the relevant app data, such as the email address or account identifier used with BibleMind if applicable. Do not send passwords.
3. We may ask you to verify your request before deletion to protect your data from unauthorised requests.

What may be deleted

Depending on the version and features used, deletion may cover profile/preferences, Companion or Study history, prayer and journal content, saved items, reminders and other data associated with your profile.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes, and deletion from backups may take additional time. App-store purchase records are controlled by Apple or Google and are subject to their policies.

In-app controls

Where your version of BibleMind provides reset or deletion controls, you may also use those controls directly. This page remains available as an external deletion-request method.
