Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is handled on the BibleMind introductory website. Data processing inside the BibleMind mobile app is covered by a separate policy.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers the processing of personal data that takes place when you use the public introductory website at biblemind.eu. It does not cover data processing inside the BibleMind mobile app.

The website does not ask for your name, registration details, information about your religious or denominational affiliation, journal entries, prayers or any other content created in the app. No purchase or subscription takes place on the website.

Technical and security data

The website and the hosting provider may process technical log data in order to make the site available, to detect faults and to maintain information security. Such data may include in particular the IP address, the time of access, the address of the page opened, the browser and operating system type, and the technical status of requests.

The purpose of this processing is to operate the website, protect its security, prevent misuse and investigate technical faults. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is kept only for as long as necessary to achieve that purpose, taking into account the hosting provider's security and backup cycles, and is then deleted or anonymised.

If you send a message to office@biblemind.eu, the controller processes the sender's name, e-mail address, the content of the message and the technical data relating to it. The purpose of this processing is to answer the enquiry and to keep in touch as required for that purpose.

Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the legal basis is a pre-contractual measure under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Once the enquiry has been closed, the message is kept only for as long as documenting the matter, bringing or defending legal claims, or complying with a legal obligation requires.

Social pages and external links

The website may contain external links to the BibleMind Instagram, Facebook and YouTube pages. Once you open such a link, the provider concerned may process your data as an independent controller, under its own privacy rules. ORACULUM DIGITAL LABS LTD does not control the data processing of external sites.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request information about the processing of your personal data, request access to your data, ask for it to be rectified or erased, ask for processing to be restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw your consent, and exercise your right to data portability. Requests can be submitted to office@biblemind.eu. The controller replies without undue delay, as a rule within one month.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus. The authority's current contact details are available at https://www.dataprotection.gov.cy You may also seek a judicial remedy.

Data security and changes

The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data processed against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. This policy may be amended if the operation of the website or the legal requirements change. The version in force at any given time is available on the website, together with its effective date.
