Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of BibleMind, operated by Oraculum Digital Labs Ltd (“BibleMind”, “we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose of BibleMind
BibleMind is a Christian Scripture study, prayer, reflection and journaling service. It is designed as a spiritual companion and study aid. It does not replace Scripture, clergy, pastoral care, counselling, medical care, mental-health services, legal advice or emergency services.
2. AI-assisted content
Some responses and explanations are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI can misunderstand context or produce inaccurate content. You should verify important claims against Scripture and appropriate trusted sources. AI-generated text is not presented as Bible text.
3. Accounts and access
Some versions of BibleMind may use device-based profiles or other account mechanisms. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any credentials associated with the service.
4. User content
You retain your rights in journal entries, prayers and other original content you submit. You give us the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to provide and protect the service, including requested AI-assisted features.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse BibleMind, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material, reverse-engineer protected components except where law permits, or use automated means that materially burden the service.
6. Bible translations and third-party rights
Bible translations, publisher marks, audio and other third-party materials are owned by their respective rights holders and may be subject to licence restrictions. Your right to use such content is limited to the functionality made available within BibleMind. You may not extract, republish or redistribute licensed Scripture except as expressly permitted by the relevant licence or law.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund handling are subject to the applicable store terms and local law. Removing the app does not necessarily cancel a store subscription.
8. Availability and changes
Features, translations, languages and availability may change, including due to licensing, technical, legal or product requirements. We may update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
9. Disclaimer
BibleMind is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every AI response, commentary, translation availability or technical feature will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Oraculum Digital Labs Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on generated spiritual commentary, interruptions, third-party services or misuse of the service.
11. Termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law or prevent abuse. You may stop using BibleMind at any time and may request deletion of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
